The company operates guided by its philosophy, vision and mission.

Philosophy
We strongly believe that man can define his being by himself and the environment that provides a great impact. We aim to build good environment for all. A good environment is a combined forces from people of extraordinary hearts and minds who play alter christus for others, eventually becoming another alter christus themselves and develop good and humane environment for the others and the world in general.

Vision

1. To bring God to man in the small community of farmers;
2. To help augment the economic condition of Bohol;
3. To help improve the lives of the coastal families in their basic needs like providing access to free     education elementary and secondary, give assistance to basic health issues;
4. To increase local production of seaweeds in Bohol;
5. To help protect our natural resources from abuse and illegal fishing practices.

Mission

1. To invite religious groups in leading the community to prayer and value formation;
2. To provide job opportunities to local fisherfolks;
3. To create income generating activities to the locals by topping other Philippine agricultural products;
4. To coordinate with other government and private institutions with projects on free education for the less privileged;
5. To coordinate with medical health authorities to provide free medical check up to the farmers and their family members on a regular basis and access to free medicine;
6. To affiliate the farmers to become members of SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth;
7. To practice international standard operation in the production of seaweeds and carrageenan for customer satisfaction
8. To coordinate with government agencies in keeping and safeguarding our marine resources.
